Psyllium fiber definitely dropped my cholesterol by 50 points and increased the good cholesterol. Pretty amazing, something the drug companies who push cholesterol meds wouldn't want any of us to know! My doctor recommended it for me when I refused to take meds with all their side affects and harm on the liver.

It’s a Godsend, I struggled with IBS symptoms, gas at night, many trips to the bathroom in the morning. Ever since I started taking psyllium I no longer even think about going to the bathroom. I go twice in the morning and that’s it, no longer have gas, and my belly feels flat. I feel light as a feather, the way I always wanted to feel. Even my knees are no longer ashy and dry, I don’t even know how that happened but it solved that too.

It is best if you take your doses just after a meal. Never take a dose at bedtime. If a physician has recommended psyllium husk for your child, check the label on the pack carefully to make sure that you give the correct dose for the age of your child.👍

Was using it successfully for 3 weeks & now it’s causing bouts of diarrhea. Maybe I need to use it every other day instead of every day. It wakes me up at 5 am —that is another down side.

Well, I wanted an Old and Former Friend to use this instead of Eating and drinking Eggs [Eww... I know]. Chicken Eggs have a huge risk of Salmonella. Unlike her friend who I met 3 times and a great Frenemy of my Current Love interest. SHE BEGS others and sort of forces others to become Vegan. I don't approve stuff that have eggs because there's a huge health risk and I hope she'll know why her stomach and probably will develop breast Cancer in the near future. Being a Celiac isn't the problem, is common Knowledge. I am proving her that I can Adopt and raise a 1up on my Vegan Diet. One time My sushi Sensei asked me "Are you Allergic to Gluten?" My Response is "Why does it matter?" Today I've realized that being a Celiac is painful but I've Fully Adapted this Diet in a Vegan Fashion. But I lost a ton of Weight because I've Adopted this friend's Specific diet.

Yeah, A lot of Gluten Free items uses this in the VEGAN stuff because it's a lot more convenient for Vegan Celiacs like me, rather than to make it Lactose Ovo Vegetarian only.
