I have been taking psyllium husks for over 10 years DAILY. The benefits are so many and diverse. It helps me to control long years of hemorrhoids effectively. This stuff is magic! Been taking it for a week and going to the bathroom has became less of a task more or less. Due to IF sometimes constipation occurs and it’s been nonexistent since taking this. Wish I would have found it sooner

I just started using Psyllium husk powder a generic brand of metamucil. My fasting this morning was at 116. So I drank a glass of this fiber around noon today, , then had a low carb meal of eggs and broccoli. Two hours later did a BS test and result was 91 . This was very good for me as I had not been getting readings below 100 of late.

We call Psyllium Husk "Isabgol" at home, my dad is from Pakistan and its a home remedy against tummy aches, diarrhoea and constipation. Whenever we fell ill at kids, our father made us some sort of porridge from psyllium husk and chia seeds and it helped. We never considered it a superfood but rather a natural remedy.

Yes I have been supplementing my cereal and yogurts with psyllium husks. I am careful to only have a teaspoon a day. I'm watching your video to get a clearer understanding of this supplement I have been using for years, only following word of mouth.

I use it to control my IBS. I take 6 capsules with each meal to prevent diarrhea. Been doing this for many years. It also keeps my colon clean and saves a lot of toilet roll.

I use the store brand from Sprouts grocery store. I like the effects of keeping me regular. As a side note, I need to use less toilet paper when taking psyllium. It seems to keep things cleaner.

Pysllium husk ive used for 6 years now so good for the body . Skin and hair . Ladles who are going through the menopsuse Pysllium husk removes access estrogen (if you have estrogen dominance) it also helps control hunger . I use 2 teaspoons in a large glass of water once before lunch and dinner . (I drink it then eat 30 mins later ) but all throughout the day water is very important taking this if you dont then it wont work like its suppossed to .

I use equate psyllium fiber capsules. It works well for me to stay regular. My sister takes Metamucil sugar free powder as she has difficulty swallowing capsules and the drink has been working well for her. She is no longer bloated.

I use Natures choice psyllium husk, 2 teaspoons, about 10g and I like to use it in conjunction with Magnesium Glycinate. Please so a video on Magnesium glycinate
