I bought the iPad 9th gen less than a month ago. To be honest, I was worried if I made the right decision considering that the 10th gen was right around the corner. Now, I am much happier with my decision because there's no way I would be able to afford the newer one anyway😂😂

I just bought a new iPad 9th gen about 6 weeks ago on Amazon for $279, complete with a $45 Smart Keyboard from eBay. When I heard the rumors and leaks about an ipad 10th gen, I started to regret my purchase a bit. Now that this is finally announced, I am happy to say that all that regret disappeared when I saw the price of the iPad and the keyboard.

The 10th Gen iPad without the compatibility with the Apple Pencil 2nd gen and no laminated display are straight up missed opportunities for the refreshed design…let alone you have to buy a dongle for the pencil.

In Australia the iPad 9th gen went from 499 to 549 and this new iPad cost 750 absolutely insane, glad I got my iPad mini just a few months ago that just went up 90 dollars too

I agree with you, and note that in Europe, the prices are from 200 € (about 200 $) to 250 € more expansives on iPad pros because of the change €/$
Apple has never been less attractive than now in Europe, and it is a shame....

Two main things a large majority of people want to consider upgrading from a previous iPad. A landscape camera and an Oled screen on the IPad Pro. Simple.

Until then, the 2018 IPad Pro has proven to hold great value.

For me, I don't get why Apple don't add the function key rolls with the floating Magic keyboard for Ipad Air and Pro but added them to the lower end Folio keyboard for 10th gen Ipad. Professionals will need those nice function keys for professional works.
