"The INTJ can feel rather lonely on their contemplations... peoples insights are too shallow never quite scraping the bottoms of the issues, especially on hot button topics... people always seem to stop short of the real underlying problem."

As an INTJ dancer, I'm glad that this video describes the INTJ as having a drive to express themselves through literature and art. I'm so used to reading or hearing INTJ people described as being all scientists or like robots for whom art wouldn't be natural.

"Ironically reality often disappears beneath its own interpretation". Story of my life.

As an INTJ when people ask me, " How are you doing?" I usually reply I haven't taken inventory yet. Emotions are one of those things I know I feel, but it takes so long to sift through them that sometimes it's not worth it. They really don't dictate my reality, but they do make for excellent art and writing.

I do care a lot about people even if i don't talk to them. I come out of my house about once a week and listen to people at the coffee shop or a restaurant or the gym. I listen to their concerns and problems they may express out loud as people eventually do. I will take what they say and devise ways to solve their problems. I love my people more than anything, just from a distance.

to paraphrase the mind of an INTJ:

(Paraphrasing)

Physics is the theoretical study of the condition of nature...

Philosophy is the theoretical study of the condition of humans...

If you want to understand how the world goes around, you have to combine the two, because humans exist in nature and nature exists in humans...then your mind may become perceivingly prophetic...

It is pretty simple...

I see the world (internal and external) as an endless spiderweb of gears which all lead to a predictable outcome...

Michael Pierce, if you are not an INTJ, your understanding of people of my personality type, within this school of thought, is uncannily accurate.

Incredibly well-articulated. It's a rare occurrence to see videos focused on typology that *do not* adhere to stereotypes; feels like a breath of fresh air. You have a new subscriber.

Michael, as an INTJ, I have found this video to be the most accurate summation of the INTJ mind I have ever read or seen. I would say it even tops your previous INTJ video.

Ni: I can relate to this. Si types tend to have great photographic memory. As an Ni-dom, I don't remember events or sensory information so much as I remember how those events made me feel or how they triggered some concept I have previously intuited.

Te: I know exactly what you mean when it comes to relations with other people. Sometimes, I treat people nice because I know of what the consequences are if I don't. I know that this person could make my life difficult in the future if I am not at least polite to him, rather than yell at him like I want to.

Fi: I feel like I have a well of affection for people that mean a lot to me. My frustration - like most INTJ's - is in expression. I also feel like I do have core conviction, even if I appear to be machiavellian.

Se: Yes, many INTJ's - including myself - tend to be all or nothing. I tend to become easily addicted to food, music, or other sensory stimulations with little regard to nuance. That's why I abstain from alcohol because I could become so easily addicted.

Thank you so much for doing this video. It has indeed met all my hopes and dreams.

10:46 - 12:05 Finally! This is a *perfect* explanation of how I feel as an INTJ. I always hear so much emphasis on how INTJs are "logical"; I never completely identified with that. I do identify with being an "observer", this explanation of the thinking process of an INTJ was very accurate. Great Video!

This is the best INTJ video on youtube. While I like the nickname "mastermind" and even "scientist, " I always felt like they weren't really the MOST fitting terms for the INTJ. Even as someone who IS a scientist by profession, I feel more like a wizard or sorcerer than a "scientist." I feel like "alchemist" (as used in this video) is THE BEST term used to describe the INTJ because while we definitely are science-minded, there is also a strong mystical element to us and our minds as well.

Intj can feel really lonely at times. They have an integrity to answer to.

I didn't know much about the "Extroverted sensation" on INTJ
It's quite right, I'm really all or nothing

If you're playing around on the middle zone, I'm not gonna waste my time

Wow this was great, and as an INTJ myself, I can say that this has been the best / most accurate analyzation I've seen!

Do all Intj's have this kind of intense and lost look in their eyes?
