This very popular retailer may be the worst place to buy GPUs. Not only are the Prices of their GPUs far higher than buying them on second hand websites, but their return policies are far behind others as well. With prices for GPUs like the RX 6700 XT and RTX 3070 dropping rapidly you may be better off waiting for them to drop to or below MSRP on second hand websites such as eBay and buy GPUs there instead.

Where I currently live, Ontario, Canada, We have strong consumer protection laws and Newegg has to take back open box item with-in a certain stated time. Amazon customer service is still better.

Amazon is the worst they allow 3rd party “ pop up” sellers to sell gpus they don’t actually have took me 2 months to get my 800$ back for the zotac 3070 i didn’t receive 😅

Idk how newegg went from a reputable site to the shady site it is now. Literally every cardboard box in my house was a newegg box. Definitely lost their niche

I always build my PC's but in this market I had no other choice than buy an MSI pre-built from BestBuy, and it actually wasn't that bad for the price, quality, build and system specs for the price.

I would not ever buy a GPU above MSRP.

Thats why i love the german system. If you buy something online, you can simply send it back for 14 days after arrival. no matter if something is wrong with the order or not.

Quick nitpick: the 6700 XT isn’t even worth its MSRP.
