Thank you so much for this! Honestly so needed- so many lovely tips! Practising gratitude is always so key!💖 Keeping up with regular check ins is definitely very important! & sleep- oh my goodness! I’m terrible with sleep, prioritising 7-8 hrs sleep really is the perfect set up for a good day! I think I need to consider reminders on my phone too! Also downtime, totally true that going for a walk etc is the real time, drawing away from even your phone etc! Loved watching this!☺️💖
