Uh, yes.

Let’s break it all down first:

✅ Whole foods (200g protein, nutrient dense fruits/veggies, #cookies)
✅ Hydration (2-3L minimum)
✅ Collagen + Vitamin C
✅ Offal

Extras and Add-ons:

✅ Inflam-Arrest
✅ Trace minerals
✅ Vitamin D

The real magic is obviously in the cookies.

Kelly, you are absolutely brilliant and one day when I’m a physician I hope I can work with you and learn from you.

Wow. Iam using 5 of those things and then some. I was worried I wasn't doing things right. Thank you for your affirmation about what I am currently doing for a compound lower tibia and fibia fracture on my right leg. My ankle and muscles feel like crap. It's my 4 day out to my cast. Practicing my ROM exercise 💪. Getting more into it each day. I ordered a exercise mat. Just going to slowly work on stretching it out.

surprised you didn't have some enzymes in there. quercetin, papayin, and others are super helpful post surgery. curious as to your thoughts on that. thanks for being real amigo, some great videos.

Great video ; I use a far infra light as well as a lot of these . Great point about whole foods, couldn’t agree more.
Also a lot of people talk about black pepper ( compound pepperin? ) with the turmeric .

You are doing great and although you looked relaxed Kelly I bet it’s still really tough for you, so keep going. I look forward to see your exercise plan to regain mobility. Something I’m still struggling with.
