Select “display”.
Select “Screen timeout”.

Disable Screen time out.

I noticed sometimes it goes back to 30 seconds and it won't let me change it but I have to restart my phone and sometimes I have to restart it two times then it works to let me change it and you're really good with those instructions thank you so much👍

My Oppo had the set screen timeout to 15s option selected, it's been an issue since a few updates ago, ridiculous! It's been shitting me for months now.
