I noticed below "screen timeout settings" was "screen saver settings" and this is what I needed to keep my screen from timing out every 1 minute! A whole bunch of videos all refer to the same place you did, none of which cured my problem no matter how I changed the timeout minutes.

My Time Out Settings say NEVER, but it times out in less than 30 seconds. And, Yes, I have Windows 10. NEVER means ASAP, I guess.
