Bread Machine Dough Cycle | Freeze Dough and Eat Later
Показать описание
The Bread Machine Dough Cycle is such a cool thing. Check out how I use it so that we have bread dough ready to be baked whenever we want.
Double Batch of Dough for Machine
-Do ingredients in order
2 C Warm Water (110 degrees)
4 Tbsp White Sugar
4 Tsp Yeast
Mix and let sit for 5-10 minutes then add
1/2 C Vegetable Oil
2 1/2 Tsp Salt
6 Cups Flour
Use dough cycle just for kneading no baking. Cut recipe in half and use white bread recipe if you want to cook in machine. Recipe outlined is double batch only to be used with kneading cycle in most machines.
You can freeze the dough for up to 3 months or keep in your fridge for up to 5 days. To thaw just pull out the night before you want to use and let it defrost.
Oven Baking - 350 degrees - loaf pan 25 min and rolls 15 min (check to see if done). Rub melted butter on the top when either comes out of the oven
