Love Riga, Love Sofia. I am from Australia and have lived in both.

In Portugal you can buy cheap stuff in some areas, but forget about schools, hospitals, and other basic services. Many of the cheap areas are also the ones exposed to forest fires. In the Summer, It's commonplace in Portuguese TV to see Dutch, English and German retirees crying to a reporter because their property burned to a crisp.

No mention of Albania, I've been in Albania with my family for the last 4 and half years. it is safe, cheap and the Albanians love Americans,

as Bulgarian I want to thank you for shouting-out our country. But your information about the prices of the estates in Sofia is a bit old.Current range for appartment is 1500€ to 2500€ and even more if you want to be in a good neiborhood.Appartments in the center of the city or houses near Vitosha mountain are even more expencive. So my suggestion for everybody who is going to look for RE in Bulgaria is to check out Plovdiv or some of the cities near Black sea like Burgas and Varna.

Turkey is incredibly beautiful country with mesmerizing natural beauties, remnants of great cultures, amazing kitchen, friendly people, stunning biodiversity and much more. However buying house is not so cheap as before. Inflation is high. Nonetheless it is a great country. You should see it. It is a magical place.

Absolutely incorrect for Turkey, no apartments for $350 or even $600-700 per square meters anywhere he mentioned. At least 3x higher prices.

Surprised that Croatia is not on the list?

Turkey is not visa-free and not cheap. Cost of living is denominated in USD, the Lira is just a proxy. As the value of the Lira declines, prices proportionally increase and adjust to spot exchange rate. Pick up a menu in any restaurant and you’ll find prices aren’t in permanent ink.

As a Greek Cypriot, I have now disliked your video, as saying land is cheaper in Northern Cyprus, is against everything I and a lot of others are firmly against. I strongly urge you to take off that part of this video, because the Northern Republic of Turkish Cyprus does not exist!
