I want the Model Y but decided since this car is primarily going to be a commuter car and we already have an SUV I couldn’t justify paying so much more $200 more on a lease on the Model Y vs the Model 3 RWD. So…..scheduled pick up for my RWD Model 3 is this Saturday! So excited!

Base model, no extras is $37k right now. $7500 tax credit and $2k back in CA also, as well as the CA HOV lane. With sales tax and fees, should be out the door for about $34k. Not to mention not spending the $ on gas or service.

Why does everyone HATE Tesla in 2023??

just got mine almost a week ago and oof it’s beautiful. It’s super modifiable too so if some don’t enjoy the minimalism, they can add a HUD display, backseat center console screen similar to higher end teslas, and much more.

I have this car, 2023 version and most people do not need awd. The traction control system is so good on this car that In bad weather the handling is excellent. This car is also so well equipped from base model you don’t feel like you’re missing out.

you can get the RWD version for almost $30k now with that tax credit that went into effect recently

I tested this originally but bought the long range model 3 (acceleration boost) and I can still say this car moves quick. You have to bring it up past 25 mph for that Tesla torque to kick in though.

I owned the model 3 performance but drove my buddies standard rwd on the race track and was amazed how great it felt. I even have a video catching a c6 zo6 with it

Dont charge your teslas above 80%
, this will damage your battery sooner. Unless youre going on long road trips, tesla does not advise to charge up to a 100% regularly.
