- 2 meals a day, gradually change to 6-8 hours eating window (intermitting fasting, take week ends off, not for premenstrual women or first day of period)
- tablespoon of MCT oil
- goat milk, goat cheese (contains mct)

2 years ago (during lockdown 2020) I searched "intermittent fasting" and discovered the world of *keto* 🤔
I dropped 60 pounds in 8 months and have maintained that loss for 1 year, 4 months and counting. During this time I've made tweaks to my keto diet that this video has officially confirmed as accurate and needed! 🤯 Basically I've leaned that keto to lose weight is different than keto to maintain weight and health. My body's been telling me what changes to make. Finding you at this point in my health journey confirms that the universe really wants me to succeed in attaining optimum health! 🙂 Thanks for this info!!!

after 2 years of keto diet i gave up. I ended up in the operating room with acute appendicitis. since then i have left out the vegetables, with the exception of sauerkraut, and eat carnivore. i feel much better, shop less and save a lot of money.

My personal plan that I have been following for 12 years with effective results is compress your eating window and integrate your workout into your fasting period, sleep at least 8 hours a night, eat no more than 1 or 2 meals a day, limit dairy products, salt and table sugar to a minimum, replace your wheat carbs through millet, oatmeal, buckwheat, bulgur, quinoa, rice etc (you need them to stay active and maintain good sleep quality) and you'll come a long way.

There are so many health practirioners who don't even consider themselves ever be wrong. It's wonderful that you are saying it the way you are. Luckly I haven't been keto for long.

The same thing happened to me when my cardiologist and pcp wanted me to go on statins. I have been on the keto diet for over a year now and I read I am considered a lean body mass hyper responder and that high cholesterol and ldl is expected but not worried because my other markers are good. I took the test to check my arteries using the dye and it showed that all my arteries were clear during the test. After listening to you just confirms that I am on the right track. I have been eating within the 8 hour period and do notice an increased performance when canoe racing. Thanks.

Super informative. Now I see why After the first three months of losing on Keto I began tipping the scale the other way. 30 pounds up I hit one of you podcasts about olive oil and never looked back. Lost that 30 pounds and more. Glory! Thanks for looking out for me.

Dr Kruse, brain surgeon, does great stuff on light/sun and mitochondria. Vermont video is a good place to start. Sunrise on your eyeball and your skin makes a huge difference..
