Hi Friends, I bet that almost all of us know at least one person who did the keto diet and has quit but doesn't want to say why. I think that as the summer heats up and we strive to obtain those perfect beach bodies that we stop and reflect on the negative side of dieting and assess whether or not being a little bit skinnier is really worth it.

I'm quitting keto today after being on it for over a month. I feel horrible, have restless legs & legit need to go for 3 to 4 walks a day & it still doesn't help much. For me, the only positive benefit from this diet has been a loss of appetite. Other than that keto has taken a real toll on my mental health & has made my anxiety much worse. I'm looking forward to eating healthy carbs & fruit again & hopefully feeling like myself again. Thanks for sharing your experience! :)

Thanks for your honesty. I tried it but nearly went into coma after 3 weeks due to the hypoglycemia.

Thank you for telling your experience, I have been on keto for about 6 mos but have noticed these side effects, have been feeling very tired, hair loss, constipation. I am sorry to hear of your medical problems.

What about your migraine??? I thought it helped you a lot🤔 bec I have migraine too and when I saw your video I was convinced and wanted to try doing keto but then I saw this video😵‍💫so I was just wondering what happened to your migraine???
