No gallbladder, so it is understandable, you can stop right there with your reasons why you stopped keto.. Strange (to me) you had a decrease in strength, I think you need to give it 6 months for your body to adjust.. Also, I have been doing keto for 2 months and have had no coconut except for some MCT oil I tried for the first 4 weeks. Just eat any meat you want and add some non-starchy vegetables, you are done planning. Avoid cheese and nuts, though a little bit each day is okay. Avocado, flax seed, chia seeds, eggs, olives. Don't eat any seed oils, sugar or grains.
