On a separate note. I never thought of someone living a block and a half away as being a "neighbor." To me, a neighbor lives next door, a few doors down, across the street, or maybe the end of the street. There were other Judge Judy episodes where a neighbor was considered someone living 3 blocks away.

I was bit buy a dog in grade 6. Needed 32 stitches and to relearn the use of my arm. The horror of that day stayed with me for decades. Never stopped me from loving or owning them, though. The owner is, more often than not, the reason for their aggression. Part 2 will see if I'm right.
