Nice one! I did the 10 min abs/bty, left my ankle weights on and used some light hand weights for added 🌶. Off to finish this wod on the stationary bike. Low impact is so necessary. 🥰

I tore my plantar fascia running & am beyond appreciative of having low impact cardio workouts like this that still enable me to get some cardio in without hurting my foot.
