10 goblet squat
10 stationary lunges each leg

10 straight leg RDL
10 jumping squats

Girl l, i used to do this for a long time and it felt so easy so i had to switch to a more advanced leg day but after skipping leg day for 6 months im dead after the first super set 😂

I'm very much a beginner and this video with the sidebar of tips was SO helpful. I'm taking this whole workout to my gym to try it out.
I am really trying to workout more but I never know what to do and I get easily overwhelmed and I'm pretty out of shape so I can't do 95% of the amazing stuff you do. If you could PLEASE do more beginner videos like this with tips and directions that would be so very much appreciated and helpful so I can actually have a plan of tangible things I can do. Thank you whitney, love you so much!!!

Whiiiit i finally had the courage to try a glute exercises at the gym (this one in particular with a hoodie around my waist like u suggested for us shy newbies) and i couldnt feel my legs afterwords!! As i was walking down stairs i even felt wobbly!! Hahaha i love ur videos even more!!! Thank you Whiiiit 💕💕💙

I️ never leave comments, but I️ have to say this, Whitney is my absolute favorite fitness YouTuber. I️ recently stumbled upon her channel, and I’m so glad I️ did she has videos for everyone in all fitness stages; beginner and advanced, she’s relatable (works just like I️ do and I’m sure like allot of other people) and has an amazing since of humor like she’s genuinely funny and witty, she gives amazing instructions, and details in the description, that’s so important to me especially as a beginner. If I️ look as good as her one day it’ll be all because of her. Great job amazing channel!
