I took a stomach acid reducer for about a year, and ended up with B12 deficiency. I'm on a supplement now.

i know of a dairy farmer who walked into his milk barn one day and found a cat had fell into the milk tank and drowned, which is terrible, but he refused to throw away the milk and lose the money. So when you drink milk, you have no idea what is going on with it before you get it.

Stage 3 colon cancer question - I want to tell you - make raw cabbage, carrot, apple slaw (dressing of fruit and vinegar blended) a regular part of your diet! Add it to your lowfat McDougall diet. About a pound or two of that salad per day is what I would eat if I had colon cancer.

I personally use the Pur *"Plus"* water filter. (Not to be confused with the Pur filter!) I have the 30 cup dispenser, in my fridge. And.... dinner tonight was 8 cups of cooked white jasmine rice, 2 pounds of orange sweet potatoes, and a crown of broccoli.

I get B 12 from fortified nutritional yeast. I can control the amount to be very small and use weekly.

I hear that soy, flax seeds and too many cruciferous vegetables can block the absorption of iodine by the thyroid. I work hard to make sure I get 150 mgs of iodine daily— cuz my TSH went up when I overdid the 3 foods above for a year. 🥴
