It feels like yesterday when i started to watch his videos in the lockdown period where he is doing home workouts, i came across his channel in search of weight loss tips and exercise, by watching him only. I started to go to the gym and then it became a routine to watch his videos everyday. Now its been 4 years, the progress he has made on youtube, japanese literature and in his physique is insane . Have to say after watching his journey, I have learned that consistency and discipline are the two major things which are required for success or to accomplish your goals in any field or in anything in the world . As he said in the end of this video that never underestimate the outcome of compound interest .
Thank you Saket for this lesson, which i am going to preach in every aspect and stage of my life

17:20 There is only one type of failure and i.e. task failure. Adding partials, dropsets etc. are only creating more fatigue w no added stimulus. Muscular failure is just a wrong term. Your muscles can produce force. You have reached your maximum tolerable perception of effort. Try this, do a set of db curls bilaterally (both arms) and when you reach task failure and do it unilaterally (alternating/single arm), you"ll get a rep or two more. Muscles can produce force. Its maximum tolerable perception of effort that causes failure/ task failure. Another example? Cable flyes. You do flyes on both sides and when you reach task failure you can still bang out a rep or two if you do them single side (unilaterally), reduce your perception of effort and you can do a task for longer.

with your advices i am seeing drastic changes in my body, i am 6'4" and been working out since 4 years now, i rectified the mistakes i did watching your videos, i focus on eccentric more, counting my calories every day, and seeing drastic changes, than you brother. its much better to learn from someone who made the same mistakes and rectified them, yes i used to do the same mistakes you did, bouncing weights, doing it with more speed rather than control, and i changed everything watching you
