Here's a mini workout meant to give you a quick glute pump! I'm using a set of 25lb dumbbells (heavy dumbbell set range: 15-35lb) and a single 10lb dumbbell (medium dumbbell range: 10-15lb). If you only have 15 minutes this workout is great, but if you have more time I recommend repeating this entire workout 2x through for a full glute strength burner. You could also pair this with one of my 20-30 minute glute-focused workouts!
