Your lower body backside is in for a REAL TREAT with this 15 minute glute and hamstring workout!

This lower body workout will specifically target your glutes and hamstring muscles to perk up, build, and strengthen your backside!

The only equipment you will need for this workout are dumbbells!

To make the most of this workout, focus on good form, go at your own pace, take extra recovery when needed, and of course go heavy enough!

This is only 15 minutes so we are going to dig deep and make it count!

The burn is so real!!!! I love this glute and hamstring workout. I especially like the sumo squats and sumo glute bridges! I added this onto an upper body workout to balance everything out! I'm really loving this 15 minute series! Awesome! 🔥🤩❗

Lower back peeps: subbed extra glute bridge variatons with pilates leg work/much easier on lower back, subbed last bending over move with more squats. Check!
