Your lower body backside is in for a REAL TREAT with this 15 minute glute and hamstring workout!
This lower body workout will specifically target your glutes and hamstring muscles to perk up, build, and strengthen your backside!
The only equipment you will need for this workout are dumbbells!
To make the most of this workout, focus on good form, go at your own pace, take extra recovery when needed, and of course go heavy enough!
This is only 15 minutes so we are going to dig deep and make it count!
This glutes and hamstrings workout is part of our FIT for YOU fifteen series! These FIT for YOU workouts are all short, spicy, and effective so even if you are short on time, your goals will still be in reach! This workout is wonderful on its own, repeated 2-3 times, or paired with another one of the FIT for YOU workouts!
