Prepare your own meals, and when buying pre-prepared foods, check the sodium, sugar, saturated fats, and addictives. Stay away from table salt, and cheap sugary foods.

If you wanna help off set excess sodium then you need more potassium. Sodium makes your cells retain water and potassium takes water out from the cell.

I eat lots of salt and blood pressure is normal. Body can not handle excess sugar, not salt. Since i have cut the carbs and suguar in my diet and added more salt, my blood pressure is normal. Low salt diet csn bring only issues in body.

Added salt is no good I usually use Himalayan salt it’s a better gentle salt. I use sea salt for gargling or hydrogen peroxide after a nightly mouth hygiene routine, God Bless You Dr 🙏looking after our wellbeing is soo essential.

HUGE CORRECTION: stop or severely limit intake of processed foods with table salt and other garbage. Healthy salts will not cause these problems, unless you have chronic hypertension.

You know what is funny? I recently started to add to my cup of 0, 5L in the morning half a spoon of sea salt, squeeze half lemon and some apple cider vinegar.
Salt, lemon water decrease my thirst. I am not so thirsty after that.
While when i drink only water i keep drinking it and peeing a-lot.
