Welcome to today's total body strength and toning workout. It is day FOUR of my seven day glow up series. We are using dumbbells and multiple sets along with compound exercises to get in a powerful full body workout and achieve that muscle fatigue! Let's do this!

Dumbbells: I used 10, 15 & 20 lbs.

Workout Breakdown:

3:50 Circuit One (40s of work + 20s of rest x3)
Squat + Curl
Lunge + Lateral Raise
Deadlift + Row
Push Press

15:47 Rest

16:07 Circuit Two (40s of work + 20s of rest x3)
Bicycle Press
Bear Plank + Row
Skull Crush Bridge
Overhead Carry Lunges

28:00 Cool Down

I guess I'm used to your 45 minute slots because as it ended I was just getting to my push harder phase! Amazing progress can be made simply doing these programs consistently. I remember when a 30 minute strength could knock me flat out. So whomever is there, know your level up is coming, you just have to push through! Heather is hands down my favorite trainer on Youtube for Strength! 💜💯💥

I absolutely LOVED this one!!! I lifted heavy but watched for my form, and I felt absolutely amazing after! One of my favorites. I always love total body anyway. Not to mention these workouts are the perfect length for this single mom! Thank you so much, Heather. As always u are (for lack of better words in the english language) ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!

Omg, this workout was absolutely BRUTAL! I was so sore and sweaty afterwards. Also, I really love that all of these workouts in the series are 30ish mins. I don't like long workouts!
