This is actually a mistake. (HUGE MASSIVE MISTAKE!)

One of the BIGGEST ones made my Fit Pros everywhere.

And it truly can be made by ANY coach, in any industry. And it'll end you.

Because it tricks you into thinking you have a right to coach others on something you love to do... when in reality, you only do it because.... (well, watch the video to find out).

Alex explains this fallacy perfectly. It's almost poetry the way he describes what I've seen a lot of coaches do that basically led them straight into the ground.

But the thing is - if you can figure out whether or not YOU are doing this... you can change it.

That's the beauty of discovering the truth behind our thoughts and actions; once identified, we can change them.

So don't get discouraged by this video... be empowered by it.

Are you so passionate about the subject you coach on that you make this mistake, too?

Perfect. Now you can edit the way you coach and lead others to become an even MORE effective teacher.

He’s exactly right. It’s not discipline if you love doing it. Discipline is when you do the things you don’t want to because that’s what needs to be done.

He’s so right- especially when you have skills that were raised with, like skills that you acquired because your parents put you in sports or in music lessons or whatever, it doesn’t translate to starting something new at age 24. You have to learn the skill of starting from scratch, that’s true discipline

Hey that's me! Entrepreneur who went into fitness last year. Yup I'm fit now. I'm not good at anything except hard work. Dumb as an ox, shit communication skills, but I don't give up. Ever.

idk how i feel bout this, even if you love working out, not everyday you feel like it/ enjoy it, that’s where you build the discipline which correlates to other areas of your life.

Started going to the gym at 15. Now 30. 5 times a week. For 15 years.

Started 3 companies. Employ 90 people.

Fitness isn’t hard. Only if you’re lazy.

I think the same goes with saving money. Most people who brag about being good savers seem to be brain-wired stingey. It takes real discipline to not spend.
The thing is, being disciplined is a personality trait. And some people are « naturally » disciplined.
