It’s not a question of who’s for or against China in that region of Chinese sphere of influence and esp. so when it comes to the Taiwan issue. If there is Taiwan’s independence being declared unilaterally, with U.S. encouragement, then there is one thing clear on that issue, which is everyone’s expectation as war is the obvious answer to that unfortunate event.! However, China could proceed to shorten the proliferation of that war, by resorting to nuke the island if it comes to that ultimate decision.! Either way, China will not settle down on the Taiwan issue until final victory is secured, peacefully or otherwise.!

PRC One-China Education

Those with no truthful and objective public school or college education on China (most I believe), and the “One China” need to do some research and become educated on “One China”as part of UNITED NATIONS INTERNATIONAL LAW, and US legal recognition before making this statement.

Put on your “ critical thinking” cap.

Please, we have too many ignorant Americans who have been brainwashed on the One China policy for decades.

Taiwan is a legal Province of China and nearly the entire world recognizes this.

[BTW, nearly 2, 000 years of RECORDED Chinese history is also connected to the island. Today we are dealing with an extension of the original civil war.]

The US has no legal standing but as the perceived world’s “Exceptional Hegemon” makes up the rules/law as it goes along to benefit it’s needs even if they violate United Nations and other International law.

This is called the US Rules based World Order which the Global Majority of countries, 85% of the world’s population in the Multipolar World (center for world economic growth for the rest of this century and beyond) do not recognize (including the UN).

We are part of the GLOBAL MINORITY of countries so get used to it even if it’s censored from you.


One-China Agreements

There are MULTIPLE Agreements between the PRC and the US RECOGNIZING the ONE CHINA policy.

1) The United States' One-China policy was first stated in the Shanghai Communiqué of 1972: "the United States acknowledges that Chinese on either side of the Taiwan Strait maintain there is but one China and that Taiwan is a part of China.”


2) JOINT COMMUNIQUE ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

JANUARY 1, 1979

The United States of America and the People's Republic of China have agreed to recognize each other and to establish diplomatic relations as of January 1, 1979. The United States of America recognizes the Government of the People's Republic of China as the sole legal Government of China.


3) United Nations General Assembly Resolution 2758 recognizing Taiwan as part of the PRC.

Resolution 2758 adopted at the 26th Session of the UN General Assembly in 1971 stated in black and white that it “decides to restore all its rights to the People’s Republic of China and to recognize the representatives of its Government as the only legitimate representatives of China to the United Nations, and to expel forthwith the representatives of Chiang Kai-shek from the place which they unlawfully occupy at the United Nations and in all the organizations related to it.”

The resolution made it clear that the government of the People’s Republic of China is the sole legal government representing the whole of China, including Taiwan, at the UN; Taiwan is not a country but a part of China’s territory. It makes clear Taiwan’s status as a non-sovereign entity. UNGA Resolution 2758 resolved once and for all politically, legally and procedurally the issue of the representation of the whole of China, including Taiwan, at the United Nations. The resolution also made clear that there can only be one seat representing China at the UN and precluded the possibility of “two Chinas” or “one China, one Taiwan.”

Americans and those in the West, essentially the White former Colonial Powers are the ones who colonized enslaved, destroyed Global South (Global Majority) countries for hundreds of years.

Today they (we) are Neocolonial countries still doing similar things. Endless wars, death and destruction.

These atrocities and crimes against humanity (this includes the US) can never be forgiven and Americans, Westerners need to pull their heads out of their… out of the sand!

These countries have never forgotten what we did to them and most still live with this tragic history.
