Mobil 1 Synthetic 0W-30 VS 5W-30 at -30C / -22F

What flows better in freezing temperatures? 0W30 or 5W30 at -30 Celsius or -22 Fahrenheit .
I use 0W-30 in my cars.

I use M1 AFE 0W-30 year round, no need to just use it in winter as it can protect exceptionally well in all temps! And yes, I did notice a slight MPG increase of about +1 gallon saved. Makes a lot of difference in a pickup truck! Probably not so much in a little car.

i have a 2004 audi a6 2.7t biturbo and i used to use 5w 30. switched recently to 0w 30 and it runs better. those turbos LOVE the 0w 30

5 w stays on the parts better .. Especially if your car is sitting a while , ,, The thinner oil drains easier but stays off the parts 5 w gives a better coating and it drains off less... Never ever change your oil's engine weight always go by manufactures recommended kind

hello, that 0w-30 oil good for a long trip for my Camry 1999 Le 230k mile in winter? My book manual recommends 5w-30 and 10w-30.

Car recommends 0/5w- 30/40 grade. Just switched from 5w-40 to 0w-40w and seems to be a big difference according to this when the average temp in winter is below -20c, altough a block heater will make it matter less

It is so clear difference and win for a 0W rating. I'm using Castrol 0W-30 A5/B5 oil in my Volvo. Btw nice choice the infected mushroom
