EZ Bar Cable Bicep Curl

Place the pulley on a low position below your knees. Position your feet together in front of the cable and grab the EZ curl bar attachment with your palms facing up. Lock your elbows to the sides of your body with your chest up high and bend your knees slightly. Curl the bar up until you reach full contraction of the biceps without allowing your elbows to stray away from your sides. Keep your wrists straight through the entire range of motion. Extend your arms back down in a controlled movement without locking your elbows out at the bottom and repeat.
