This first one is a beginner to advanced beginner level barre and so it’s just a lovely follow along video with music by Nate Fifield (scroll down for the link to this beautiful album of his). I'm so happy I found this! I haven't been exercising during COVID until now. I don't like most dance videos, but this brought me back to my ballet classes as a child. I love it! Hi Desiree, thank you so much for this. Since it looks like we’ll be stuck inside for a while, would you be able to do a ballet barre video for those with limited space? I cannot grand battement forward, sideways and backwards in my flat. I have to quickly manoeuvre my chair to kick sideways and then move it back to go backwards. A video where forward and back are separate from sideways would be a huge help. Thank you and hope you’re well!
