Hey guys, in this video we will show you how to remove and replace front door on VW Rabbit or VW Jetta MK5 with the 2.5 5 cylinder engine. We demonstrated on the front right door of a 2006 VW Jetta TDI but the front left driver door should be almost the same procedure.

You are NOT suppose to loosen the lower bolt of the two in the top and the middle one of the three in the bottom. Those two are only for adjustment. I just took of the door of my car which is identical to the one in the video

Where was the "replacement"? I am sure, that I can take any door any where away, but putting it back might be the problem. Actually I was looking video for that thing, because maybe I have to do that. Otherway I cannot repair some rust, which is very difficult place (unless the door is away).

I'm changing a lock on an '04 Saab... I think I will just swap out the door it is a million times easier and almost the same price !!!
