MK5 Jetta Headlight and Grill Update/Install

Install new headlights and grill and lower grills on an MK5 VW Jetta. Quick review and demo of some simple cosmetic mods on a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta. This includes blacked-out headlight assembly by Perde, tinted side markers, an aftermarket GTI/GLI style upper grill, and GTI/GLI style lower grills. All the parts used here were purchased off on Amazon and the links are provided below:

Access to the bottom headlight assembly bolt. Watched a video from another channel where they took the entire bumper off. Ffff that too much for headlight replacement. This is tons easier thanks for the vid!

I got headlights that ended up being DOA, I took off the bumper cover to get the headlights off and now I am kicking myself for not even thinking about those damn covers

The bottom grilled are a bit pricey, ended up being able to buy some fog lights for the bumper, and got the grilles for only 15 dollars😂 looks good also

Anyone know what the proper badge that is needed to go into the hole of the grille? He says towards the end the stock one is too big and you need a smaller one. Anyone know what one it is? Is it one meant for another car or what?
