Welcome to my Live Pilates Reformer Class!
This 45-minute full-body intermediate workout is perfect for building muscle, improving balance, and enhancing endurance. We’ll work through four dynamic circuits designed to challenge your strength and stability using the Pilates reformer.
What You’ll Do:
1️⃣ Circuit 1: Lunges, Push-Ups, Lat Rows
2️⃣ Circuit 2: Standing Hamstring Curls, Back Extensions, Single-Arm Chest Presses
3️⃣ Circuit 3: Dynamic Planks, Pikes
4️⃣ Circuit 4: Seated Delt Fly, Delt Press, Biceps Curls
