This was a fantastic 30 minute class. I do like the option of a shorter class when time is short.

Love ALL of your classes! I've been following you for almost a year, and wanted to let you know I feel more energy, I'm toned and flexible. I'm 63 and like the previous commenter, I also had to hold on for balance on one of the exercises, but I always feel fabulous after one of your classes. You're a wonderful instructor!

I did this workout only once when you posted it, and I don't know WHY!!!! I did it again yesterday and I do love it. Challenging, powerful. At the end I was sweating like after a long run, but feeling really good. Saved in my fav workout, so I'll do it more often

Thank you for an excellent workout. My core really felt the exercises. Very challenging. The burpees were the best exercise. I will definitely try and do this at lease once per week.

Thank you for this! Was my first reformer workout at home and it felt amazing!!! :) I had scoliosis surgery 10 years ago and for the first time since I have had some pain in my left scapula and have been limited form my weights but this was such a great replacement!!! I did pilates reformer classes after my surgery and it helped so much with my recovery and still being able to move while I did that!

Thanks so much!! Loved the reformer workout!! Been doing Pilates for a while 5/days a week but like to switch it up have been doing floor, but back to reformer…will have to say I’m sweating a little more maybe this is the change I needed!! I’ll be back for more!!❤
