Doing this everyday until I get an hourglass shape!⌛️
Day 1:✅(plank and hip dips were kind of hard, everything else was ez, feeing the burn)
Day 2:✅ (same as day 1 everything else was super easy but everything was js easier all tgt, can feel m stomach getting flatter, I’m SORE)
Day 3:✅ (everything was easier in total but I’m still a bit sore, my stomach getting more and more flat!)
Day 4:✅ (everything was easier again and way less sore so far, stomach losing more fat and getting abs slowly)
Day 5:✅ (hid dips were the hardest and plank kind of everything else was super easy, hourglass shape is forming slowly)
Day 6:✅ (burns WAYYYY less, same as day 5)
Day 7:✅ (uhh pretty much the same as day 6 abs looks better and my shape is better)
Day 8:✅ (I feel like lighter? Stomach Defs getting flatter and curving slowly basically same as day 5, 6 and 7)
Day 9:✅ (I got the hourglass shape! I’m gonna keep doing it just so I can be even more fit and healthy and strong the workout gets so much easier the more you do it, I did it with my sister today who it’s her first time doing it and she was sooo tired, while I was just pretty much fine!)

I’m gonna be doing a new workout from now on bc I wanna change things up

Day 2:✅(19) my dad saw me working out and gave me an extra thing to add to my workout, feel the burn Ofc but a bit less and I can somehow feel my stomach going in)
Day 3:❌ (20) (not doing it bc I went out for dinner and ate a lot of dairy and it’s already late and I’m so freaking bloated)
Day 4:✅ (21) (feel the burn way less but got cramps in my thigh pray for me bc I have a basketball game tmrw😭)
Day 5: ✅ (22) (again feel the burn a bit less still sweating)
Day 6: ✅ (23) (feel the burn wayyy less, had to do it late)
Day 7: ✅ (24) (same thing)
Day 8: ✅ (25)
Day 9: ✅ (26)
Day 10: ✅ (27)
Day 11: ✅ (28) (changed my mind and decided to do it)
Also I have a basketball game tmrw! Wish me luck!🤞🏾

(Today is my birthday so I was eating cake and junk food and I’m bloated and js bc it’s my day js chose not to)

Day 1 : ✅(it felt hard as I had pain in my body)
Day 2: ✅(just a little pain while doing these)
Day 3: ✅(i feels like lighter.. I mean I'm feeling like I become lighter than my before self)
Day 4: ✅(everything was easy to do)
Day 5: ✅

I quiet it in the middle cuz my periods started 😔..
But now started again
Day 1 ✅
Day 2 ✅

Starting again..
Cuz I was having some problems..
But I want to update that I have got the shape.. and starting again to get the complete shape

Day 2: Yall im so sorry!! Anywways I did ohyeh!Ik for a fact im gonna be sore af tomorow. It wasnt the easiest anymore but I feel the burn!

I’m finna update yall starting Wednesday (I have arm injury rn)
(Day 1) I did feel a little bit of burn, plank was a bit hard to do! -Day one-
(Day 2) Today was pretty good and I was able to do the exercises faster, I added 20 push-ups into the exercise so it burned a bit more. -Day two-
(Day 3) I actually was able to do most without having to stop in between, burn went down a bit. -Day 3-

I’ve done this for 3 days because I’m really self conscious and scared that people will hate me and such, it makes your stomach sore but I already see abs starting to show. I’m not super big but I’m little bigger than most and this makes me so happy that I’m finally finding something that works after years of hating my body. Thank you SO MUCH!

This definitely works I'm on day 2/3 and now I'm growing muscles and losing my belly weight I'm getting more snatched. Remember though you are you perfect the way you are

I’m gonna do this!!!
Day 1) my thighs hurt a little bit, so does by neck and hip spot. No change lol
Day 2) a lil bit of pain, there might be a change, either there is or I’m delusional, probably both

If you are doing this Remember you should be doing this because YOU want to be healthy not because OTHERS are telling you that you are to fat, too skinny its ok be proud of it.
