Calling the exact same thing the Executive Platinum Package just to appeal to his sense of vanity is genius.

My husband is a carpenter, and it definitely does a lot for the morale of the crew (and their willingness to go above and beyond) if the client is pleasant. That goes for just about all trade workers. If I’m home and say the exterminator or the chimney guy are here, I always offer them drinks and lunch. I’ve gotten a lot free services and discounts just by treating workers as human beings.

I'm bearing the load of being surprisingly early.

I have a contractor that I trust. Been using him for years. I don't negotiate his rates, and I don't bust his balls on timelines. He shows up on time, doesn't price gouge me, and warranties his work for life.
I wouldn't trade him for the world. His retirement is one of my greatest fears, as he's getting a little old.

Positivity is a construct. Thank you for being a builder.

I have a friend who used to run a contractor and landscaping business out in LA. He had a lot of rich clients. This is true. He loved working with Star. Simply because of the batshit crazy stuff he used to do. If he needed him for a job dude straight up used to call him and wake him up while he was flying his helicopter over to pick him up.

This one is different. Not everyone knows how to keep others accountable. Especially contractors. Learned the hard way

I can’t get enough Crown content. Truly, the difference for anyone watching these videos, Crown is showing that it has *nothing* to do with how rich people are, it’s just showing how you can only be so successful without being kind and empathetic and considerate. Kindness ALWAYS wins. ❤

Clearly the contractors the really rich person because just by calling the exact same thing the executive premium package he could probably easily charge at least double

For a load barring wall, it’s not great to have it rushed! That’s were problems/ over sites can occur. Contact a structural engineer to get an estimate on the project so that way you know what’s in the wall before a contractor comes ripping through it to find out they just broke a waterline to your upstairs!

I doubt he's going to be paying less for faster work

Surprised both characters were able to get a contractor to even show up!

Guys in my area and far outside are drowning in work, getting phone quotes for maybe next year already!

Wish I knew when they were getting slow lol

Those who build and do demos should be respected for the most part, they drive what keeps us warm/cool during our lives

This one’s more complicated than your usual ones! Just as important

I’ve done work for wealthy people they don’t even ask for a price reduction… like at all. They just care that a friend or neighbor vouched for us .

The truly wealthy people I've done contracts for didn't even ask about the price. They just had a deadline that had to be met.

Contractor told me you can have it done well, cheap, or fast. Pick two

how it would go in real life “want it done quick or right” “ideally both” “sorry not possible” they would never shave any money off
