If this video is about the differences between Sniper 1 & Sniper 2, then it should mention that the Sniper 1 had a Fuel regulator built into the body that was included with the base kit and the Sniper 2 requires an external fuel regulator you have to purchase separately. Also, fuel line entry and throttle connection position are different between 1 & 2. So, if you want to replace your Sniper 1 with a Sniper 2, you are going to have to buy an external fuel regulator, fitting, and line. Then replumb your fuel supply for the external regulator and change the position of the lines coming into the front/rear of the carb to the sides.

4:03 ... I just installed the Sniper 2 in my Van! :)

It was surprisingly easy!

I recommend the Power Distribution Module, they were not in stock where I bought mine but for the price it's well worth it!

I would like to know about the idle air control, is it improved or still as loud as sniper 1?

So, additional rfi rejection and some more friendly plug-and-play into other holley products? I'll be honest, i thought the Sniper1 did most of the stuff you mention the Sniper 2 doing.

I have the Holley Sniper 2BBL and it is the worst. It stalls at every intersection. Will summit let me trade in my Sniper 2BBL for a Sniper2 2BBL? It would be the right thing to do after selling me something that tries to kill me every day!

Does this have the progressive linkage? If so, does ported vacuum work with it? It didn’t on the first gen but it looks like they may have moved the port

On the Sniper 2, there are two Adjustments screws with green springs around them.

I really want to know which each screw adjusts?

Like the front one (towards the front of the turck) adjusts ?

And the rear most one is for adjusting the

I've been asking and no one knows.

On the Holley Forums they just told me to ask Holley.
I thought that was what I was doing, when I posted!!

Hey Justin... watched ya over at Robbie Laytons place fixing on Blue Steel. I have a curiosity question about this Holley fuel system... do they make that for the real old rigs like the flathead fords or even the Chrysler flathead six engines? Of course we wouldn't want to leave out our chevy folks with the inline six as in old ones with a 216 or 235 from the late forties and then the fifties? Nice that your able to travel with this job at Summit Racing.... you guys are probably going to build your own Moab rock crawler or a quarter mile rig... lots a ways to spend money

In Holleys video they mention transmission control but cant confirm it anywhere else. Does this support electronic transmission control?

Do they still use the same POS fuel pump? Mine lasted about 60 miles before the negative post snapped off, and you can't fix (replace) the post. And just try and find a 60 psi pump... Had to buy another one from Holley. Not happy about that. The sniper seemed to work just fine for that short amount of time. Took it into a shop, and the mechanic put a 120 psi pump on after telling me it would be fine. Guess what? Not fine. Anyway, they got a pump from Holley, just put it on and I'm driving it again for the first time today. It's still learning again. Here's hoping they didn't screw the EFI unit by putting that much pressure to it. Isn't owning an old car fun? :)
