What controls a shot? I understand it’s an amount of no2 going through the fogger… but what/how is it controlled? A relay?

I have a Malibu 1981 with LS2 6.0 engine carbureted for drag and street
but I have so many problems with the carburetor and I want to upgrade to EFi system my question
what do you recommend me to install which intake manifold is the best for ls2 6.0 and what is the best nitrous method wet or dry to keep or increase HP
