I felt that my first go around. I took it easy but then my body adapted and now Im at the point where I can fast 5 days a week and train intensely 6days a week(Im only doing this until I reach my weight goal and that should be about 2months) but I feel great in the mean time, I can see weight lose about 5 lbs a week, muscle gains and boost in my energy lvls

Im going on a 300+ day water fast. I do have water soluble vitamin gummies if i need them. I have a stationary bike and i hope to melt almost 200lbs off my body within the 300 days. Im actually taking off from work to accomplish this goal. Im 35yo, 5’11 and 370+bs
