Fasting ke tym light weight training kr skte hai .. koi negative effect nhi ayega . But light weight means very light only .. do it till end point

Sir i have been practicing IF from last one month, and i take my last meal at 6:00 PM. And i workout next morning empty stomach after having only water+lemon+pink salt. And i have not felt any difference in my energy, even my alertness is at peak and i am full motivated for workout. So i dont agree with you on this.
Otherwise you make good videos, i follow you❤

Sir, the first thing I do in the morning is workout on empty stomach, bcoz I think it's help me burn fat, bcoz I think for workout body needs energy and when ur stomach is empty It takes that energy from the fat that body stored this is my logic and I don't no about any studies but I think it will work, and the other thing is u said it's hard to hit high intensity workout on empty stomach bcoz of low energy but I think 2-3 days later ur body gets adopted to it, bcoz I experienced it I can hit the same intensity with the same energy on empty stomach that used to hit on pre workout meals (carbs), I'm afraid of the lion who is hungry not who is eaten.

Sir i believe body adapts to fasting, if someone has been fasting on a regular basis and later started resistance training they can actually pull off with high intensity as a fed individual .. yes it is preferable to workout when your fast is ending so that they can refill the lost protein / nutriton. One can not just start working out and then jump to i.f because body will take time to adapt . Mostly in months before they can proceed with workout. What you said holds true for people who have just started i.f . Also people who are fasting please make sure your macros are on point if you want to put on muscle or else the damage is more than recovery.
Please sir can you cover a topic where you can discuss hmb benifits for individual who train fasted and if their protein intake in not up to the mark .

Hi sir, i don't know if you will get to read this message or now but if it's possible can you make a detailed video about "fats" which will cover topics like Saturated and unsaturated fats ... sources of healthy fats... daily recommended intake quantity of fats...is Ghee a good source of fats ? (since it contain so much saturated fats) ...I tried doing my own research but the deeper i looked the more confused i got. Hope you can help us with this topic.

Thats not true although it depends on each individual. If you never workout out before and you go to the gym for the first time dont go too hard even if you are Not fasting. Studies have found its OK to work out while you fast but eat healthy protein rich meals when you break the fast with in 24 hour period. Fi you habe any kind of medical conditions consult with your doctor before fasting and working out. Good luck.

Well. I rarely had any pre-workout meal. Cause for first 2 years of workout, i had less knowledge about diet. Even now I dont take it becuase during workout it makes me feels vomit. Empty stomach makes me do workout with full comfort even i do push at max power.
But I’ll start taking premeal in less quantity and will increase it week after week as per need
