The smart thing to do is find another job before you quit but sometimes you are already at your breaking point and feel you have no choice when your employer treats you badly. You know what's funny:

The lowest paid workers in big corporations are doing it ( quiet quitting) and everyone know but can't do anything to them because they are cheap and the one that will replace him will get the habit!

Corporations use all kinds of soft tools like :

1. Morning meetings before work
2. Employee of the month....
3.monthly parties
4.fake meetings where employees should vent but nobody says anything because they will get fired shortly after or stressed out with work
5.employers or those from human resources believe their propaganda works and the lowest paid people just roll with the bullshit.
6.as long as you pay people like crap they won't come to work and those that do will do the bare minimum.
7.people are not that stupid they see how the profit is split.
