I'll rephrase this, "work your life away and abandon your family so I can be wealthier"

300 million dollar man can't realize that companies will fire you in a heartbeat and forget your name 2 seconds after they fire you.

Kevin got fired from his first job at an ice cream shop for refusing to scrape gum off the floor. He knew his worth. Don’t let him make you forget yours.

“People that want work life balance don’t work for me”…. That tell you everything you need to know

Remember that burger King employee that didn't miss a day in his life and got a 15 year goodie bag from the dollar store?

I wouldn’t expect a rich CEO to understand.

No, Kevin. They're aren't there for the "ethos" (making you rich), they are exchanging a service for money.

He’s the type of boss that would give his employees a $25 Tim Hortons gift certificate as a Christmas bonus

Oh look, another clown billionaire whining about average people taking their power back and not slaving away for his third yacht in the Med.

Going above and beyond gets you nothing not even a thank you.

"They don't work for me." Haha I think this is completely fine for them, they don't want to work for you 🤣

To quote Jim Rohn "You don't get wealthy by working harder at your job"

Never should you sacrifice yourself for the company.
Your health is important.
These "cool" bosses will never say thank you even if you die for them.

This advice coming from a person who almost spends none of his time in the office and makes people do all of his dirty work. Also to point out that he doesn't want people who don't want to go past 40 hours a week. It means he wants desperate people who are willing to throw all of their time away to make him even richer.

"If you're good at something, never do it for free" that's what quiet quitting is.

What he's trying to say is:

"You dont need that time, instead give me your time, I like money more than you"

The only company you should be making sacrifices for is the one you own. Folks deserve to have balance in their lives.

God forbid an employee wants work life balance. The employees that work for him must be so happy. 😒

You work to live, you don't live to work.

This dude explicitly talks about how much he hated being an employee and quitting his first job on the spot after being asked to scrape gum off the floor. Hypocrite
