I'm from south Texas Rio grande Valley and grew up eating carne quisada, rice and beans with flour tortillas. This version is a bit different but looks amazing. I'm going to give it a shot. Thanks for sharing.

I can honestly say I've never heard of carne guisada, but if Kent Rollings is gonna make it it's gonna be gooo, ood I also learned the primary function of a cowboy hat is for balance. No matter how far his body sways to the right or left, his head always stays level.
