Quiet minds. I exerienced this today. I went outside to garden - I was pulling weeds, and my mind quieted. After three hours of this, I did not feel tired, but very energetic and calm. Great video. Thank you.

Navigating life's responsibilities and mantaining a quiet mind is like meditating in an airport. Where my mind wants to go is to solve incoming issues that may not be there. Analysis paralysis, not leaving any room for decernment. I love not talking and whatever thought that comes into my mind, I allow it, see it and try to allow it to move on. Its a moment-to-moment practice, and do my best to achieve this. Don't be hard on yourself, this isn't for the faint of heart. Bleesings to everyone doing their best .

Lately ive got truly sick of constant stimulation, i cant put my phone down for 5 min without finding some empty reason to pick it up, i feel depressed and drained scrolling on youtube and have started just laying in silence deep breathing for half hour/ an hour and im enjoying it, like any addiction it will take time and effort to properly get a lid on it but im ditching twitter, youtube only an hour a day in the evening and im getting my mind back

I am currently going through mental & physical burnout through over working. My workload is physically & mentally challenging, supply & demand organisation. Yet the management insist we need to add more training, also other mental tasks taking up more time … then the physical work suffers creating a vicious cycle. Literally draining me every time I was on my way to work… I became apathetic towards work & other matters. I have worked full time since I left school in 1985 so 40 years of work, 31 with my current employer. I found listening to this video a helpful step on my way to managing to speak up to them about what I will be able to achieve without overdoing things.
BTW, I have been diagnosed as Moderately Depressed along with moderate anxiety due to the burn out.

Quiet minds. This is the most impactful self help video I have watched so far in my life. Ironically I experienced clarity yesterday when I mediated before sleep. As you said, it came naturally to me while my mind was drifting away from focused breathing.

I truly realized how unroductive and meaningless all the mental chatter I was doing daily was to me and that it didn't help me reach my goal of financial security, it just temporarily made me feel satisfied and stop stressing about it when I was imagining myself in a different world being a oil tycoon or other stuff.... Thank you for this video! I will be watching more of your content!
