The way you put the carrots in the cake made me really surprised bc I'm used to blender the carrots until it's like in a kinda juice texture? and then add the eggs flour oil etc and the cake gets this pretty yellowish tone and just put it into the oven! Never knew that carrot cake could be done like that!
