We are working hard today to make sure you hit the upper body, lower body, and abs in tabata style! We will be working for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds and completing 2 rounds of each move and then switching moves! Be ready to move quickly with me! Equipment I use on my channel:

*Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 4 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 28 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

Just....Wow! I don't know how you do it. A new workout every single day that are effective, complete, and have a ton of variety. Seriously, your workouts have more variety of moves than other channels that have been going for 7-10 years, and you put out daily. It's crazy good and I don't know how you do it but I'm soooo glad you do. Please know your appreciated and deserve mad success. Have a great day :)

Holy Cow! I am drenched!!! Sydney, you are the reason I got out of my 5 year depression. My dad, My confidant and best friend died over 5 years ago. I stopped working out and eating right, it took everything to get my head off the pillow. Since I stumbled upon you on you tube, my life has changed. Every morning, when I hear that 5 a.m. ping telling me a new video has been posted, I know I am ready to start my day. You are the motivating friend that I needed in my life to get me back to, well, me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I love Tabata! I know it is all mental...I will go so hard for 20-30 seconds but when I do 1min intervals I stall a bit. I know it will get better. Thanks Sydney, for bringing me back to life.

This Tabata format is my favorite. You can really push it for 20 seconds. I also love using a dumbbell for ab work. For some reason it keeps me balanced. There was a lot of variety and the workout flew by. Also, love working with my mini band. Perfection.

Been following you for a bit. I really love your attitude and spirit. You are so encouraging. Often times I see a move and think well I can't do that. Then the next thing I know I can do it. No where near as well as you, but I can do it at my own level. Then next thing I know I'm doing the move better. Thanks for all you do. I was at the pool the other day, and my neighbor said, "girl you are getting abs" I was so excited she noticed my improvement. Thanks to you Sydney. Gonna look awesome on my trip to Greece this fall.

Once I do this one a couple of times I’ll be more used to the transitions, lol. But what you said at the end really resonated with me because yesterday, Sunday, I had to go into work for 6 hours and today was non-stop rushing for almost 9 hours to get a project out the door. I was so freaking exhausted when I got home that the only thing I wanted to do was to pour myself a vodka soda and watch a movie with my honey. But I thought about the fact that I didn’t exercise yesterday and I felt like if I didn’t work out today I’d be failing myself. So I didn’t and I feel amazingly pumped right now, like I could go back and work another 9 hours!! Okay, maybe not that pumped, but I may get in a 20-minute workout before I hit the shower. Thank you!!
