Deep frying can be intimidating, but shallow frying is a lot safer (always set down the tofu AWAY from you), and you should be fine!

i do this but hate the texture of tofu, so i crumble it and pack it with seasonings then form it into a patty and fry it .

Im not vegan and i have no hate on vegans, but i have a question. Is any of the vegan food/replacements textured odd? For example the deviled eggs you made look great, but me personally the texture seemed to look kinda odd cause of the gelitan.
