Very handy video, just added a second gmail account to my main one.
Only criticism was maybe you could make sure to point out which account you're in when you make the changes but if a person does one step at a time and pays attention he should be able to figure it out. Worked for me.

You have done a great job of explaining this. My problem is it still sounds like Chinese to me because I’m computer stupid, on some things, like this. Not your fault at all as this is the best video for this, imo. I also could listen to your accent all day - so charming. Great, thanks! I already had my webmail forwarding to my gmail account, but wanted to find out how to ADD that email instead. Now, I see that it's not necessary to do so - plus, I got an error message when tried.
