Not one best diet - you nailed it. I wish all the “experts” had this philosophy. I’ve spent my life trying to do the “best diet” prescribed by I finally found keto/no processed foods works for me. My only carbs are high fiber vegetables. Very sustainable for me and I’m never hungry or feel deprived. My husband doesn’t like it bc it makes him feel deprived. Different strokes for different folks. Thanks for your video.

Great video - not sure about the abs & body fat data though. 6-9% for a male is ripped AF, near bodybuilding competition levels. You’d easily see an 8 pack and the obliques popping out at this range. 6 pack abs are pretty achievable for most men, depending on genetics, usually they start to show somewhere under 20%, and by the lower teens, say 10-14% the abs will be very defined and really visible already. Under 10% like you say is extremely hard to achieve, but that’s not necessary at all to “get a six pack”.
