The soundtrack of my life wouldn't be complete without the works of this great master. Rest in eternal peace, Starman.

Earth has been around for 4.6 billion years and we all happened to have been alive at the same time as David Bowie. How wonderful.

My dad adored this man. He died back in 2015, I never really listened to Bowie before then but I wanted to get closer to dad even though he isn’t here anymore. So I listened to Bowie and he has impacted me ever since. He is such a genius and I understand why my dad loved him.

Just watched the doc "1971 the year that music changed everything" when Bowie wasn't Bowie yet and he played Glastonbury when it was just a Pyramid stage and a smaller field. He went up on stage at about 5:30 am and started singing the bones of what would become "Changes." Then, hanging out in New York with Lou Reed and Warhol he knew he was about to transform into the Ziggy. Then he did and it was brilliant. He said after that first show, "Oh my god, I think we just killed the 60s."
