Here's an incredibly quick and easy recipe to grill beef bone marrow on any grill. It's a great side to serve along with steak or to put on top of a crostini and paired with a fresh chimichurri. The marrow has a beautiful rich beefy flavor that's very unique and something you ought to give a try - plus the bones should be fairly inexpensive at your local butcher.

I could eat bone marrow as my entire dinner. Just spread it on toast. It's that good. Probably not healthy but hey, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
The only thing I'm not sure about is scraping the outside of the bones before cooking. You can use the leftover bones to make broth or stock...

That pepper was ground, as in put through a grinder. It is different from 'cracked' pepper. You should know that. I use New York cut cracked black.

When you soak the bone marrows in salted water overnight, are they not gotten salted? You still need to salt them for the grilling?

its easier to use a small meat hook to clean the bone. you'll love it. they are only like 10 bucks at most
